Job Description
Zambeef Products PLC is the largest integrated cold chain food products and agribusiness company in Zambia and one of the largest in the Southern Africa region. It is involved in the primary production, processing, distribution, and retailing of beef, chicken, pork, eggs, dairy, fish, flour, stockfeed, and day-old chicks throughout Zambia and the surrounding region.

The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Grading Maize and Soya Bean
- Sieve Tests for raw materials and finished feed products
- Conducting CRT tests for SE, ME, and Full-fat soya using phenol/ cresol red solutions according to Novatek’s described operating procedures (SOP)
- Filling the grading and sieve test results on the relevant forms and report any non-conformities regarding minimum and maximum specifications to the supervisor
- Maintaining the quality and feed safety management system
- Performing any other duties assigned by the Supervisor when the need arises
The Required Qualifications are:
Grade 12 full school certificate |
2 years’ work experience |
