Job Description
The Northwestern Provincial Health Office under the US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PERPAR) Project through a Cooperative Agreement (CoAg) with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is Seeking for eligible, self-motivated and qualified applicants for the positions listed below for the various levels (Provincial, District, Facility and Community).
JOB PURPOSE : To coordinate and supervise data quality improvement programs in order to assure the quality of data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinates and supervises effectively the implementation of data quality improvement programs in order to improve the quality of data.
• Undertakes and coordinates capacity building in order to impart knowledge and skills.
• Coordinates and undertakes timely the preparation and submission of Data Quality Improvement Reports in order to facilitate decision making.
QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES
Secondary Education:
Full twelve School Certificate with 5 O level credits or better
Minimum Vocational/Professional Qualifications:
• Degree in Demography, Library and Information Systems, Mathematics, Monitoring and Evaluation or equivalent
Minimum Relevant Pre-Job Experience:
3 Years
Communication Skills:
(i) Written Skills
Ability to write comprehensive reports
(ii) Oral Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively in English
(iii) Other skills/Attributes:
• Numerical skills, computer skills, facilitation skills, integrity
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and any other analytical skills
